Cassidy is a Graduate Consultant at Solucio with a deep interest in how thoughtful planning, policy, and stakeholder engagement can help shape healthier, more inclusive communities. After completing an internship with Solucio, she quickly established herself as a trusted contributor, bringing sharp research capabilities, a curious mindset, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every project.

Her background includes working in frontline service roles at Monash University, including time at the Monash Institute of Medical Engineering and Monash Connect. These experiences have equipped Cassidy with valuable skills in stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, cross-cultural communication, and service delivery, all of which she now applies to her consulting work.

Cassidy enjoys working at the intersection of data, strategy, and people. Her focus areas include stakeholder engagement, industry research, benchmarking, and policy review, as well as supporting business development through proposal writing and client engagement. She’s particularly energised by projects that require deep thinking, collaboration, and the challenge of balancing diverse needs to create meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and thoughtful communication, Cassidy brings a calm and inclusive energy to every team she works with. Whether synthesising stakeholder feedback, refining a client pitch, or reviewing local government frameworks, she approaches each task (big or small) with care, precision, and purpose.

Outside of work, Cassidy leads an active and adventurous life. She’s a dedicated athlete and volunteer member of the Trispecify Triathlon Club, and loves spending time outdoors running, swimming, or playing tennis. A loyal St Kilda supporter and devoted McLaren F1 fan, she rarely misses a race or a match. Cassidy finds joy in catching up with family and friends, whether it’s over a shared meal or through her long-distance book club with friends living overseas. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find her in the kitchen cooking or baking, something she finds wonderfully therapeutic. And somehow, she also finds time to pursue her passion for languages, currently learning both Swedish and French.
