With more than 30 years of experience across the corporate and sports sectors, including 25 years at Coca-Cola Amatil and six years at Football Victoria, Emilio has held senior roles that demanded both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. From guiding the safe return of football post-COVID to leading major competition reviews and driving growth in participation, Emilio’s leadership has helped shape the future of community and elite sport.

At Coca-Cola Amatil, Emilio’s achievements included four consecutive years of sales and contribution growth in Tasmania and received the Managing Director’s Award for Best Performing Regional Area, recognition of his ability to deliver results through people, process, and partnership.

Emilio first encountered Solucio as a client and was drawn to the team’s collaborative approach and genuine desire to understand and solve complex challenges. Now, as part of the team, he applies his strengths in business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning to help clients move from uncertainty into clarity.

Known for his calm presence and thoughtful perspective, Emilio thrives on helping clients define their vision and supporting them to achieve it. His experience across both commercial and sporting environments gives him a rare perspective, one grounded in operational reality and long-term thinking.

Outside of work, Emilio enjoys a mix of quiet reflection and quality time with his family and friends. On the weekends, you’ll find him on the golf course, experimenting in the kitchen (a skill he discovered during COVID), or sharing a meal with others. He’s a Carlton Football Club member, a loyal Liverpool supporter, and a proud life member of Brunswick City Soccer Club. He’s also a member of the Volkswagen Club of Victoria, proof that his passions are as diverse as his career.
