Our team was engaged to develop a Fundraising Subscription and Partnerships Strategy for the new Latrobe Creative Precinct (LCP).

The objective was to provide a sustainable fundraising, subscription and partnerships strategy which meets current and future Council needs, while  providing a platform to enhance community engagement and subscription within the region’s performing arts and business event industries.

The methodology for this project involved:

  • SponsorMax benchmarking and target setting to determine fair value and a suitable fundraising goal for the Latrobe Creative Precinct.
  • Develop a membership, fundraising and partnership program, including an implementation strategy.
  • Develop associated written and digital collateral, in collaboration with Council’s graphic designers to roll out the membership, fundraising and partnership programs.

The final outcome was a dynamic strategy to meet current and future Council needs, while providing a platform to enhance community engagement and membership within the Latrobe performing arts and business event industries.
