Description

Our team was engaged to complete an initial feasibility study for a future stadium precinct and to prepare a financially sustainable business case and ultimately assist the Western Melbourne Group in successfully obtaining an A-League Licence. Supporting requirements for the submission included: vision, strategy, governance, organisation structure, 100-day plan, market research, economic and financial modelling.

To produce the required content, we undertook extensive financial investment and operational modelling, supply and demand analysis, implementation planning and development of all formal EOI and licence submission documents.

This final outcome was a successful application to FFA for a new A League Licence, which was publicly announced in December 2018. The team debuted in the 2019/2020 season.
