SBP was engaged to provide strategic advice to underpin all future planning of the organisation’s membership structure, model and experience. The objective of this project was to establish critical insights and understand the drivers of membership and participation growth in equestrian sport in Victoria, and to develop strategies and implementation plans to increase participation growth and enjoyment.

The project includes annual analysis and stakeholder engagement, including analysing historical data sets, up to 600 survey responses and 10 consultations with representative samples of the equestrian disciplines.

The outcomes include detailed research and insights into the member experience, which inform the organisation’s evidence-based approach to strategic planning.
