Latrobe City Council
SBP was engaged to develop a Fundraising Subscription and Partnerships Strategy for the new Latrobe Creative Precinct (LCP).
The methodology for this project involved benchmarking and target setting to determine a suitable fundraising goal, as well as developing written and digital collateral in collaboration with Council’s graphic designers.
The final outcome was a dynamic strategy which meets current and future Council needs – ultimately enhancing community engagement and membership within Latrobe.
