Description

Our team were engaged to facilitate the development of a new Recreation and Open Space Strategy (ROSS) that creates a sense of place and improves health and wellness outcomes for all Yarra Ranges residents and visitors. The objective of the project was to establish a long-term plan to deliver an open space network that sets Yarra Ranges apart.

The project included an extensive research, analysis and stakeholder engagement process to understand the recreation and open space needs, including:
* detailed data set matching
* segmentation and analysis (open space, community demographics, public health, global best-practice case studies, mapping and visualisations)
* 1,200 community survey responses
* 80 individual consultations, and
* 11 community forums
